EUROS, FSN-FSCA-2023-02, NEMOST - Growing Domino - ø 5.5 mm
Following one customer complaints, we have noted that the locking ring on the notched rod of the NEMOST device was not tight enough in the sterile packaging. When the opening of the sterile pouch was performed, the body of the domino slid along the notched rod. This failure is probably due to a lack of tightening during the assembly before sterile packaging of these batches of NEMOST.
