This notice is to inform you that Beaver-Visitec International, Inc. (BVI) is issuing this Advisory Notice for a select group of BVI Visitec®VisiWipe or Merocel® ophthalmic instrument wipes and/or wicks, corneal light shield sponge products because of a potentially faint or illegible embossed expiration date and LOT number on the individual unit level package.
