Field Safety Notice: Sunrise Medical - Taxi Fixation Bracket Quickie Puma 20_40_Powered Wheelchair
Via testing, Sunrise Medical discovered a material deficiency in the taxi fixation brackets utilized on the Puma frames produced in the affected production period.
This could lead to insufficient restraint in the event of a collision if the wheelchair is utilized as a seat in a vehicle, and could lead to possible user and/or third person injuries.
