The purpose of this letter is to advise you that Edwards Lifesciences is voluntarily recalling a single lot of EndoReturn Kits, an arterial cannula kit that includes a wire-reinforced cannula, an introducer, a guidewire and a connector hub. The affected kits are labeled with an expiration date of 14 August 2023, however the correct expiration date is 4 April 2023.
