This Field Safety Notice has been issued following reports of incidents that occurred while handling the lift in portable mode. These incidents have identified a potential risk related to incorrect use of the cart locking mechanism when the Winncare Nordic ApS ceiling lift is mounted in the cart. This incorrect use has only been observed in France.
