Vantive is issuing a Medical Device Field Safety Notice - Recall for certain lots of HomeChoice Sets with 4-prong
Cassettes listed below due to an issue associated with an increase of reports of alarms while using the HomeChoice cycler. The most frequent alarms, “Check Lines & Bags” and “Reload the Set 156”, may occur and repeated alarms could prevent the HomeChoice system from initiating the therapy cycle.
