SSI Diagnostica A/S did receive a Customer Complaint from a Distributor placed in Singapore (Customer Complaint internal ref-number: 152-2025) regarding a potential cross-reaction to H:z23. This cross-reaction was confirmed by in-house testing. This product is being used for sero-typing of Salmonella-strains in the market with respect to trend monitoring and surveillance, and not for a direct patient diagnostic purpose.
