The Manufacturer has received multiple complaints on HemosIL® UF Heparin Controls (P/N 0020300300) indicating lower than expected quality control (QC) results and in some instances QC recovery below the lower limit of the package insert acceptance range when testing is performed with HemosIL Liquid Anti-Xa (marketed in various regions or configurations as P/N 0020302600, 0020302601, 0020302602 and 0020303600) and HemosIL Heparin Calibrator (P/N 0020300600).
