As part of internal quality controls and field feedback, it was identified that the SMA connector (SubMiniature version A) mounted on the fiber end is the incorrect model in certain batches of the laser fiber. Specifically, the SMA connector used is too short in design.This deviation results in the connector not making proper or full contact with the socket of the Limax laser system. As a result, the device does not recognize the connected laser fiber, preventing the laser from being activated.
