Collective note 3072109 and note 3069051, from July 2021, changed the system behavior during case revision with regards to medication. If there is a medication order with events (TOAs) in “administered” status, the case revision fails for reasons of patient safety. However, if a medication order exists with events that had been dispensed, adjusted or cancelled by a user, the modifications made are lost and the case revision automatically regenerates all events, based upon the order details.
