Following two customer complaints, it has been confirmed that tubes from the impacted lot may present clots of red blood cells and turbid supernatant. The clots may interfere with the reaction leading to uninterpretable results in the manual or the automated method. In automated method, these clots may lead to an obstruction of the fluidic circuit during the pipetting process.
